O ato de protesto ocorrido no dia 27 de Setembro de 2013 teve como pauta a melhoria no processo de votação pelas urnas eletrônicas e contra os embargos infringentes admitidos pelo STF no julgamento dos condenados pelo mensalão. A marcha foi apartidária e, por isso, também foi contra os partidos PSDB e PT. As pessoas saíram do vão livre do MASP, desceram pela Rua da Consolação e rumaram em direção à região da Sé. Em frente ao diretório do PT – Partido dos Trabalhadores – proferiram palavras de ordem contra o governo federal e municipal.
The act of protest occurred on September 27, 2013 had as agenda the improvement of the voting by electronic ballot boxes and embargoes against the infringers admitted by the Supreme Court in the trial of convicted the “Mensalão” process. The march was nonpartisan and therefore was against the PSDB and PT parties. People came out of the clearance area of the MASP, went down the Consolação streetand headed toward the Sé region. In front of PT directory (PT - Workers Party in Portuguese) they uttered slogans against the federal and municipal government.
No meio do trajeto um homem mascarado soltou duas bombas. Segundo relatos dentre os que compunham a marcha, ninguém o conhecia e suspeitavam de ser um “P2”, ou seja, um policial militar infiltrado, tentando iniciar briga ou, no mínimo, dar motivos para que a polícia coibisse a marcha de prosseguir caminho. Fato é que este indivíduo foi levado até uma calçada, onde vários policiais com escudos formaram uma proteção ao seu redor. Uma vez em segurança, este homem ainda permaneceu mascarado, foi levado às viaturas que seguiam os manifestantes e nada se soube a seu respeito. Na verdade, eu mesmo não me sinto em condições de afirmar ou contestar nada. Rito ordinário da polícia, conhecido por todos aqueles que são bons observadores, é desmascarar o manifestante, algemá-lo e inclusive relatar a qual delegacia policial está sendo levado. Ninguém foi relatado sobre nada.
In the middle of the way a masked man dropped two bombs. According to reports of those who composed the march, nobody knew him and this man is suspected of being a "P2", ie, an undercover police officer, trying to start a fight or at least give reasons for the police to restrain the protest. Fact is that this guy was taken aside to the sidewalk, where several police officers with shields formed a line around him. Once in safety, this man still remained masked, and he was taken to the police vehicles that followed the protesters and nothing else was known about him. In fact, I myself do not feel able to affirm or deny anything the allegations of the protesters, regarding the possibility of him to be an P2. Ordinary rite of the police, known to all those who are good observers, the demonstrators are exposed, handcuffed the detained and even tell others were the arrested (which police station) is being taken. No one was reported about nothing.
Já na Av. Liberdade, a marcha parou em frente da Casa de Portugal, onde ocorria um evento em apoio ao Emidio de Souza, presidente do PT em São Paulo. As pessoas resolveram parar ali, onde, mais uma vez, deferiram palavras de ordem contra este partido. Até então, e somente após o encerramento do ato é que foi descoberto que o ex-presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva estava discursando quando a multidão ao lado de fora começou a manda-lo tomar no cu. Segundo o editorial G1, o ministro da saúde, Alexandre Padilha, que também estava no evento, teria instigado os militantes do PT a responder a revolta, havido dito a eles que ninguém ali tinha que "aguentar desaforo de ninguém".
As protesters reached the Liberdade avenue, the march stopped in front of the House of Portugal, where an political meeting, in support of Emidio de Souza, president of the PT in São Paulo, was occurring. People decided to stop there, where, once again, were uttered slogans against this political party. Until then, and only after the end of the protest, no one knew the former President of Brazil, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, was speaking when the crowd outside began to send him to take in the ass. According to the editorial G1, the current Health Minister, Alexandre Padilha, who was also at the event, had instigated the members of the PT to answer the revolt, and the audience was told that nobody filliated in the party had to "endure crap from anyone."
O transito ficou parado na Av. Liberdade entre 10 a 20 minutos. Motoristas cansados de esperar pela liberação das vias começaram a buzinar nos dois sentidos da avenida. A confusão começou quando um avançou sua motocicleta para cima de pelo menos três manifestantes. Outros manifestantes tentaram ainda fazer com que o motoqueiro descesse da motocicleta, tentativa esta da qual tive a impressão de que entrega-lo-iam aos policiais, mas estes entenderam que estava ocorrendo ali uma tentativa de agressão. Ao invés de deter em flagrante o motoqueiro, a polícia protegeu-o, permitindo que ele escapasse. Foi assim que a confusão se instaurou.
The traffic was stopped on Liberdade Avenue between 10 to 20 minutes. Tired of waiting to release the traffic, drivers began honking in the two-way avenue. The confusion began when a motorclycle driver decided to run his vehicle over the protesters, and hit at least three protesters. Other tried to hold him, in an attempt of which I had the impression that they would give him to the police, but they understood that an attempt of assault was happening. So, instead arresting the hit runner, what the police did was in fact to cover him up, allowing him to scape. That's how the confusion has started.
Em seguida, boa parte dos manifestantes se dispersaram. Alguns desceram pela Rua Barão de Iguape. Houve ao menos duas explosões, sem ser possível confirmar se foram granadas atiradas pela polícia ou artefatos trazidos por algum manifestante. Enquanto os policiais se aglomeraram para formar um agrupamento, um garoto agitava uma bandeira negra. Carros avançavam sobre todos e saiam em alta velocidade. A situação era de caótica.
Then, most of the protesters dispersed. Some runned down the Baron of Iguape Street. There were at least two explosions, without being able to confirm if they were grenades launched by the police or artifacts brought by a protester. While the police have gathered themselves to form a group, a boy was waving a black flag. Cars started to advance over everybody in speed. The situation was chaotic.
Na rua Galvão Bueno, um rapaz foi detido pela policia. Ao menos 10 policiais o golpearam com cassetete. O rapaz caiu no chão e teve cortes na cabeça. A impressão que tive é de que os policiais só param quando alguém começou a gritar “pára, ele se entregou”, e também quando chegaram os "ninjas". Ainda sangrando, foi jogado contra a parede e um major da PM o mandou tirar a máscara (lembra do que escrevi acima?). Em seguida ele foi algemado e conduzido a uma viatura estacionada na Av. Liberdade. Segundo este mesmo major, o rapaz foi detido por portar uma viga de madeira. Uma vez estando na Av. Liberdade, outros manifestantes fizeram um apelo para que ele fosse levado ao hospital, e numa ambulância, uma vez que o sangue abundante que estava jorrando de sua cabeça aparentou ser ferimento de traumatismo craniano. Segundo informações prestadas pelo GAPP – Grupo de Apoio ao Protesto Popular, este rapaz foi levado numa viatura da PM sim, mas o conduziram a um hospital naquela noite.
In the Galvao Bueno street, a young man was arrested by police. At least 10 police officers were beat him with batons. The boy fell to the ground and had cuts on his head. The impression I got is that police only stop when someone started yelling "stop, he’s surrendered" and when the “ninjas” came (“ninjas” – people from the alternative media that broadcast online with cellphone). Still bleeding, the arrested was was thrown against the wall and a major from the MP told him to take off the mask he was using (remember what I wrote above?). Then he was handcuffed and led to a parked car of the police on Liberdade Avenue. According to the same major, the guy was arrested for possessing a wooden beam. Once we’re back in Liberdade Av., other protesters have asked for him to be taken to hospital in an ambulance, since the abundant blood was gushing from his head wound, and it appeared to be head trauma. According to information provided by GAPP - Support Group for Popular Protest , this guy was in deed taken from a vehicle MP, but led to a hospital that night.
Além desta prisão, houve também de uma outra, um artista detido após ter sua sacola revistada pela polícia. Dentro da sacola foi encontrado um spray de tinta. Questionado pela polícia se o rapaz era "pixador", o detido negou e afirmou ser artista plástico. Foi algemado e levado a uma delegacia policial numa viatura. As pessoas ali presente repudiaram a detenção, em face de que ele não tinha pichado nada, não houve flagrante, e, embora os policiais reconheceram isto na hora, resolveram levá-lo mesmo assim. Sabe-se que foi solto mais tarde naquela noite.
Apart from this prison, there was also another, a detainee after his bag was searched by the police. Inside the bag it was found a spray paint. Asked by police if the guy was "graffiter", the detainee denied and claimed to be an artist. He’s handcuffed and taken to a police station too. People present there repudiated the arrest, given that he had not tarred anything, no crime was committed by him and, although the police recognized it at the time, they decided to take him anyway. It is known that he was released later that night.
A esta altura, a manifestação já estava praticamente acabada, senão pelos poucos manifestantes que ainda restavam e resistiam em bloquear o trânsito e prosseguir com a marcha. Foi o momento em que centenas de militantes do PT saíram da Casa de Portugal e começaram a agredir as pessoas gratuitamente. Em ato de legítima defesa, os manifestantes agredidos por esses esquerdistas radicais e comandados pelo aspirante a ditador Lula, responderam às agressões, defendendo-se como podiam. Uma briga se iniciou. Num primeiro momento, os policiais interviram para apartá-la. Entretanto, e em total conluio com o sistema totalitário atual e em vigor, os policiais começaram a perseguir os manifestantes, agredindo-os, e também aos advogados ativistas que acompanhavam os manifestantes.
At this point, the manifestation was practically finished, except for the few demonstrators who still remained and resisted in blocking traffic and continue the march. It was the time when hundreds of members of the political party PT has left the House of Portugal and started beating people for nothing. In an act of self-defense, the protesters attacked by these radical leftists and commanded by aspiring dictator Lula, have responded to attacks, defending themselves as best as they could. A fight has begun. At first, the police intervened to detaching it. However, and in complete collusion with the current and in force totalitarian system, the police began chasing demonstrators, beating them, including the activists attorneys who accompanied the protesters.
Ao final da noite, o editorial “Folha de S. Paulo” noticiou manipuladoramente que a manifestação ocorrida foi somente contra os Embargos Infringentes e contra o Alckmin, sem mencionar que foi também contra o PT e a "presidenta" Dilma Rousseff...
At the end of the night, the editorial "Folha de S. Paulo" has manipulated reported that the demonstration was held only against the Embargoes Infringers admitted by the Supreme Court in favor to the “mensaleiros” and against the governor of State of São Paulo, Geraldo Alckmin, without mentioning that it was also against the PT and the president Dilma Rousseff...
